Visualisation - Intuition, Deep Peace, Mental Strengt, Inspiration, Imagination
To encourage children to learn relaxation skills, be aware of their emotions, promote positive self image and self esteem, helps concentration skills and to develop their own sense of self.
Introducing an awareness of energy, crystals, magic, fun, relaxation, quiet time, building their own self, knowing who they are.
Cost £7.50 per session
each session is 1 hour
There are spaces available.
